Elinor Terry
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Former social media producer on BBC Education’s biggest initiative to date, Tiny Happy People. Elinor launched the campaign's social strategy working in conjunction with the Royal Foundation. She is a specialist in creating bespoke short-form content for any target audience. Her portfolio champions the impact of grassroots movements and includes campaigns for Football Beyond Borders, Footy Addicts, Manchester Laces and She’s Got Skills. -
Jen Molloy
VIDEOGRAPHER / PHOTOGRAPHER
Jennifer has over ten years of industry experience shooting and editing across TV, editorial and social media. She has recently produced work for British Athletics, Sports Personality of the Year, the Special Olympics, FOUDYS and was content creation lead for BBC Children in Need for a number of years. Jennifer is also a coach for Disability Opportunities in Sport UK providing physical opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities. -
Ashleigh Lewis-Shodeinde
CONTENT CREATIVE
Ashleigh is the co-founder of The Women’s View, a sports media organisation committed to providing coverage that highlights the talents, and achievements of girls and women, driving visibility and exposure for women's football. She has experience in creative direction, ideation, content creation, distribution, and design. Ashleigh is the Media & Partnerships Lead for the multi-award-winning charity, Goals 4 Girls and a creative consultant who has provided insights for the likes of Adidas, Nike, and The Last Stand. -
Kelly Lazarus
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Kelly is a production manager and business lead with experience delivering TV, film and digital projects for BBC Children's & Education, BBC Sport and iPlayer, Paramount, ITV, C4, C5, MTV, and Disney. She is also an APM-qualified project manager, with previous roles across publishing, digital media, creative and social media campaigns. -
Nikki Dennis
ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Nikki is a multi-skilled assistant producer with significant experience working across television, development and digital, including social media. Her recent projects and credits include: The Eurovision Song Contest, Comic Relief and Question of Sport. She is passionate about giving a platform to underrepresented voices and in showcasing underserved audiences. -
Bhavna Malkani
PRODUCER
Bhavna is co-founder of women's football collective, She's Got Skills, organising 5-a-side tournaments for grassroots football teams around the UK. She has engaged with brands including Meta, Deliveroo, Amazon, Universal Music and MasterCard and has over 10 years experience in producing events, content production and building communities. She has recently co-created Tottenham Hotspur's first- ever official supporters’ association for women, 'Women of the Lane.' -
Kirsty Taylor
WRITER / PERFORMER
Kirsty is a writer and educator who has performed all over the country telling tales of people, class and austerity. Kirsty was a BBC Verb New Voice in 2017 and was awarded the Apples and Snakes/Jerwood Arts Poetry in Performance in 2020. She created the highly acclaimed Cashy C's: The Musical, won the Kay Mellor Fellowship 2024, and the leader of an inclusive grassroots football team in Bradford. -
Sabah Ahmad
CONTENT PRODUCER
Sabah is the founder of the Manchester based football team Lez Be United FC, whose ethos is centred on inclusivity. She has worked with the likes of Football vs Homophobia, Adidas and Pride Sports to spotlight her struggles accessing the game growing up as a queer, British Pakistani kid in East London. In 2024, Sabah founded Marta, a platform dedicated to creating and maintaining safe spaces for all fans of women’s football. -
Millie Chesters
ILLUSTRATOR
Millie is an illustrator who is influenced by the dynamic worlds of football, music, video games, and the culture surrounding them. She has worked with clients such as Manchester United, The Premier League, Rainbow Laces, The FA, BT Sport, National Football Museum, MUNDIAL magazine and The Guardian. Millie’s practice is driven by a deep love of drawing, community and story-telling. -
Kim Lumsden
HAIR & MAKE-UP ARTIST
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Kim’s expertise spans various mediums including television, film and commercials. She has worked on different projects for CBeebies and CBBC and more recently worked on Children in Need alongside some of the Lionesses and former Olympians. Kim has been a key player for Adidas, JD Sports, and Burberry, collaborating with world-renowned sports personalities in the process. -
Tamara Bogle
ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Tamara has inclusivity at the core of her output and strives for equality in terms of representation. She has experience in art direction, ideation, producing and directing on location, social media execution and casting, where she specialises in apparel, fashion, and broadcasting. Clients have included Nike, BBC Sport, BBC Creative and Foot Asylum. -
Karina Lax
PHOTOGRAPHER
Karina is an award-winning photographer with a passion for sport, music, design and culture. Creating semi-directed documentary portraiture with a rule-breaking, playful edge, her imagery celebrates people that override power imbalances. She is also co-creator of Squad Goals Project - an online space encouraging positive representation of women and girls in sport-based imagery. Karina’s photography recently gained national recognition as a winner of British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain 2023, and through the National Portrait Gallery’s acquisition and exhibition of her work.
